2023 Annual General Assembly

We are pleased to invite you to the annual and extraordinary general assembly on 30 March 2023 at 5 p.m. at the Royal Library of Belgium, Keizerslaan 2, 1000 Brussels.

1. Welcome keynote by the president;
2. Approval of the annual accounts on the financial year closed on 31 December 2022;
3. Approval of the budget for the financial year 2023;
4. Approval of an entire new text of the articles of association;
5. Power of attorney for the coordination of the articles of association;
6. Power of attorney for the formalities;
7. Discharge to the directors for the performance of their mandate during the financial year closed on 31 December 2022;
8. Membership update;
9. Survey result;
10. Education overview;
11. Certification;
12. Network closing reception.

Additional information and supporting documents

The proposal to approve an entire new text of the articles of association follows from the requirements of the Belgian Act of 23 March 2019 introducing the Code of Companies and Associations.

The proposal of the new text of the articles of association is made available to the members as an annex to this invitation.

Invitation

Participation to the general assembly is subject to the rules provided for in our articles of association and for the remainder, we will implement the necessary technical and legal measures to allow the general assembly to be held properly.

Please pay attention: there are two separate registrations, which must be done separately (of course, you can register for both).
Your participation in the program and the networking moments (lunch/ dinner reception) is free of charge. The cost prices for lunch & dinner are an indication of the loss incurred in case of no-show.
