Annual General Meeting 2024

Dear Members,

We are pleased to invite you to the annual general meeting on 28 May 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at Holiday Inn Brussels Airport, Holidaystraat 7, 1831 Brussels.

This in-person (physical) AGM will be preceded by Audit Software Watch Day.

Please pay attention: there are two separate registrations, which must be done separately (of course, you can register for both).

           5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Welcome with drinks

• 6:00 p.m.  – 7:00 p.m.: Annual General Meeting

• 1. Welcome keynote by the president;
  2. Membership update & Communication;
  3. Education overview & Academic Relations;
  4. Certification & SheLeads Tech;
  5. Approval of the annual accounts on the financial year closed on 31 December 2023;
  6. Approval of the budget for the financial year 2024;
  7. Discharge to the Board of directors for the performance of their mandate during the financial year closed on 31 December 2023;
  8. Election and appointment of directors and confirmation of the appointment of committee members
• 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Europe’s Future of Cybersecurity by Bjorn Watne
• 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.: Networking opportunity including drinks & walking dinner (Buffet)

Participation in the annual general meeting is free of charge and subject to the rules provided for in our articles of association and for the remainder, we will implement the necessary technical and legal measures to allow the annual general meeting to be held properly.
