During this online presentation and discussion, we will explore what AI is, how organisations are using it, the opportunities and risks it presents, and how best to engage the board in overseeing the adoption of AI and other potentially transformational technologies.

Punit Bhatia

Punit Bhatia is a leading privacy experts who has worked with professionals in over 30 countries. Punit works with CXOs and DPOs to identify and manage privacy risks, and create and implement privacy strategies in a world that is digital, AI-driven, and has data in the cloud. He helps to create a culture of privacy by establishing a privacy network and training management. Punit is the author of four books including the books “Be Ready for GDPR” and “AI & Privacy”. He is the host /creator of the FIT4PRIVACY Podcast which has been ranked amongst the top GDPR podcasts since 2020. Punit is also the founder and owner to FIT4PRIVACY, a brand of Ek Advisory company.
Christopher Burt
Risks management consultant
Christopher Burt is a Principal at Halex Consulting, a leading boutique governance consultancy specialising in independent board evaluations and risk management advisory services. He is a co-founder of the Risk Coalition, a not-for-profit, risk management think tank that aims to improve the effectiveness of risk management practice in the UK and globally. He also Chairs the Risk Coalition’s Risk Committee Chairs and CROs forums, joint Risk Coalition/ISACA Central UK Tech Risk SIG and Halex Consulting’s own CoSec Forum for company secretaries and governance professionals.
