Our event will provide insights into the key requirements of the NIS2 regulation, specifically for companies operating in Belgium, and practical steps for achieving compliance.

ISACA Belgium Chapter: Johan Klykens (Centre for Cyber Security Belgium)
Johan is Director of the competent authority (NCCA) responsible for surveillance on the performance of cybersecurity certification in Belgium. He has supported the CCB in accreditation matters during the transposition of the NIS1 directive into national legislation and in the development of the Cybersecurity Act. He’s involved in the transposition of the NIS2 directive and responsible for the Cyberfundamentals Framework elaborated by the CCB.

KPMG: Ahmed Hussain Senior Manager – Cyber and Privacy Practice at KPMG Advisory Belgium
Hussain has a background in telecoms with over 14 years of experience in ICT regulations including data privacy and information security. He joined KPMG in 2022 where he supports clients by conducting gap assessments and developing roadmaps and implementation plans to support their efforts of compliance with ICT (Cybersecurity and Privacy) related legal and regulatory requirements, international standards and best practices.
