Resposibilities
- Maintain data privacy per chapter and ISACA policies, as well as local regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Understand demographics of chapter members (where they live, professional roles/titles, etc.).
- Report on membership data at board and/or chapter meetings, as needed.
- Work with secretary, education and/or program committees/chairs to develop an annual survey to identify member needs.
- Conduct and coordinate annual membership campaigns with rest of chapter board, with the goal of increasing chapter membership.
- Identify ways the chapter can recognize members who have achieved the platinum, gold, silver, or bronze levels of membership. For example, you might offer a deeper chapter dues discount for a longstanding member
